Do I need a social work degree to apply for a Child Protection Family Service Worker position?
There is a strong preference for candidates with a Masters or Bachelors degree in social work given the complexity of
the issues with which caseworkers deal. However, consideration may be given to candidates with a related degree in the social sciences if they also have significant related experience.
