STRATEGIC PLANNING
The Simcoe County Children's Aid Society is engaging in a Strategic Plan Review this
fall. On October 16th staff, foster parents and volunteers will participate in an agency wide
initiative to review our Strategic Plan - including our mission, vision and values.
Prior to that day, we are hoping to receive some input from stakeholders
within our community with regards to these critical pieces of our framework.
In an effort to attract as much feedback as possible, we invite you to
fill in the enclosed questionnaire. Or, if you prefer you can print the questionnaire,
fill it in and mail or deliver it to one of our offices across Simcoe County.
