WE CARE

We know that it can be frightening to ask for help and that we work in a system that can be confusing. If you are not happy with the service you or someone you care about has received, or not received, we want to know.

We care:

We want:

The first thing you should do if you are unhappy is to let the social worker know your concerns.

Every social worker on our staff has a supervisor that you can talk to and share your concerns. You can do this over the telephone if you wish but you may be asked to come into the office to meet with the social worker and the supervisor face-to-face. Feel free to make written notes and to bring a friend or relative for support if this makes you feel uneasy. The supervisor's role in this situation is to listen carefully to you, to gather further information where necessary and to try to find a solution to your concerns.

If you are not satisfied with this opportunity to try to find a solution to your concerns, you can make an appointment to meet with our Director of Services and our Executive Director. Feel free to bring along a friend for support and prepare written notes ahead of time. Please call the Executive Assistant at Ext. #245 for an appointment.

Hopefully this will not be necessary as we try for satisfaction to all who use our services.
